Terms & Conditions For Tingkat Delivery

General Service
  • Office hours are from 9 am to 6 pm (Mon to Fri)
  • Tingkat Delivery Service is served from Mondays to Fridays only. There will be no service on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, Eve of Christmas, Eve of New Year and Eve of Lunar New Year.
  • There will be no delivery service on 24 December and 31 December. If the dates fall on weekdays, replacement delivery service will be made after the stipulated contract date.
Delivery Timing
  • Delivery timing approximately from 3 pm to 7 pm
  • Request for specific delivery time will not be available &/or accommodated
Payment Processing
  • Full payment must be paid in full on or before DAY 1 of contract
  • We reserve the rights to terminate the service without prior notice if payment is not received within the first 3 days of meal delivery.
Meal Postponements / Replacement of Meals
  • Customers catering for 5 days per week (20 days contract) are allowed a maximum of 2 replacements for the delivery services per month. Please notify our Customer Service Officer at least ONE working day in advance BEFORE 4pm.
  • Only under special circumstances (eg. going on vacation) are customers allowed to cancel meals for more than 2 consecutive days up to a maximum replacement term of TWO weeks (10 days for 20 days contract). Please notify our Customer Service Officer at least ONE working day in advance before 4pm.
  • Customers catering for 4 days per week are not entitled to any replacement for the meal(s) missed.
  • No refund in cash will be made for the skipped meal(s). Meal(s) will be replaced after the termination date instead.
  • Trial orders must be in consecutive days with no replacement meals allowed.
  • For skipping of meals, please notify out Customer Service Officer ONE working day in advance BEFORE 4pm. In the event where notice was not given, or not timely given, the delivery service will proceed and chargeable as per contractual terms
Renewal of Orders
  • All 20 Days contracts are on AUTO RENEWAL basis, a new cycle of 20 days will be automatically renewed for the customer if notice of cancellation or termination is not receive at least 2 working days before the date of contract expiry
  • 10 Days contract will NOT be Auto Renewed
  • For service continuation after 10 days contract, please notify us at least 2 working days in advance
Termination of Orders
  • To terminate or discontinue upon completion of current contract, please notify us at least 2 working days prior to the last date of delivery.
Early Termination / Cancellation of Orders
  • NO REFUND will be given for early cancellation or termination of order after commencement of service package unless under special circumstances and subjected to the approval of the management.
  • Early termination of service will be chargeable at:
    · $12.00 ($12.84 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for family tingkat
    · $10.00 ($10.70 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for 2 pax & above for family tingkat
    · $19.00 ($20.33 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for healthy tingkat
    · $18.00 ($19.26 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for 2 pax & above for healthy tingkat
    · $3.00 ($3.20 w/GST) per trip for collection of tiffin carrier

    Rice & condo fee will charge accordingly.

Additional Notes
  • Customers are advised to store food in refrigerator if not consuming immediately upon receiving the food
  • Customers are advised to heat up food for 2 – 3 minutes under high heat setting in the microwave, or 11 – 15 minutes of steaming prior to consuming the food
Changes to Terms & Conditions
  • Savory Kitchen may amend the terms and conditions at any time by reasonable notice, including without limitation by posting revised terms on its website at the URL www.savorykitchen.com.sg/terms-conditions-tingkat/, which amended terms and conditions shall be binding upon
